As you get boosted, left strafe up the stairs, but if you miss them, quickly back track to minimize the time lost here. Open the door where there are 4 drone guns, 4 guards and one mainframe. Fortunately, two of the drone guns are not crucial for this mission (the ones located on each side) so just ignore them. Toss a mine, use A+B to detonate it (duh!) then backswitch to D5K and take out the drone gun that didn't blow up (sometimes, albeit very rarely, both drone guns get destroyed by your mine). Hopefully all the 4 guards will now be dead from the explosion, but sometimes one or more survives.
