Phantasy Star

Phantasy Star is an RPG released in November of 1988 by Sega for the Sega Master System. It was re-released as part of the Phantasy Star Collection in 2002 for the GBA. The series continued with Phantasy Star 2.

Speedrun

The Speed Demos Archive hosts Phantasy Star competition. The current proven World Record for a complete-game PS speedrun is 5 hours and 40 minutes, achieved by Jonathan "Brightstar" Fields on July 20th, 2005.
