Metal Slug 4 is a 2D Shooter released in October of 2005 by SNK for the Playstation 2 and Microsoft Xbox. It is a re-release of the original, first seen in 2002 on the Neo-Geo and in Arcades. The series continued with Metal Slug 5.
Speed Runs
The Speed Demos Archive hosts Metal Slug 4 competition. The current proven World Record for a complete-game MS4 speedrun is 23 minutes and 18 seconds, achieved by Mike Uyama on June 30th, 2005.
