Quite a strange level because it isn't as easy as it might first look. Start on the right hand edge of the goal, about 1 large square away from the bottom, and when the stick is parallel to the first straight. From there you should be able to rush to the springs and then to the goal without stopping. Try to enter the very bottom part of the finish.
