The [[Speed Demos Archive]] hosts Donkey Kong Country 3 competition.  The current proven [[World Record]] for a complete-game, 105% DKC3 speedrun on Hard mode is 1 hour and 51 minutes, achieved by David "[[David Gibbons|marshamallow]]" Gibbons on June 8th, 2004.  The game also included a timed mini-game called Riverside Race, which was beaten in a record 54.70 seconds by Brad "[[Brad Cutler|Cyberwrath]]" Cutler on June 18th, 2004.
