It was thought that 2.30 was maxed out for a long time before [[Ben_Bayntun]] hit 2.28. A good place to start would be 2 floor tiles up, and when the stick is very slightly past horizontal. From there you should be able to bounce off the springs and into the finish without slowing down at all. Make a perfect run and you should get 2.28.
