Drive down the road with the palm trees. At the end of the road, make a right and hug the right side. Aim to the left side of the road and use your Q-Booster before you even see the armored van. Switch to your Q-Pulse and wait half a second before activating it. If you crash into a civilian car, you'll have to restart. If you touch the van with the Q-Pulse and it doesn't get caught, then you activated it too early. Aim more left to fix the problem. If everything goes correctly, the van should be caught and the level will end.
