Speed Highway
Speed Highway is an action stage in Sonic Adventure. It's Sonic's 6th stage, Tails's 5th, and Knuckles's 1st.

Sonic
This level is divided into three parts.
PART 1
Start this stage by spindashing forwards. After you have left the building you started in, spindash jump to the lower piece of road at the right, then spindash jump again to the sloped building at your right. Spindash to the highest part of the bulding, then at the top-right corner of the slope, charge a spndash and shoot off to the right. Use a jump dash at the highest point of your jump, and try to land on the building with lots of police cars.
Spindash to the rockets, then run along the curved piece of road thereafter. After the curved road there is a ramp that shoots you into a tube. Instead of taking the ramp, spindash to the right and land on the green railing on the outside of the dome. Use another spindash jump to land on a platform that has a rocket on it. Take the rocket, and that's the end of Part 1.
PART 2
When the camera faces Sonic, turn into a ball and roll down the building.To the right is a Speed Shoes powerup. Grab it, then roll down the rest.
The camera soon goes behind Sonic, and you smash through a few layers of glass. When this happens, make sure to dodge the pillars in your way. When you land on the ground, spindash into the door. End of Part 2.
PART 3
Start by spindashing up the path on the wall to the right. You should land on blue roof. Use the slope to spindash jump on top of a white building with a curved blue roof in front of you. Use the blue curve to spindash jump into the air. Below you, there should be a building with no roof. Land inside of this building, and spindash jump to the area in front of the capsule. Spindash jump to on top of the capsule to finish the level.

This is a treasure-hunting stage. The general hunting tips apply. The best locations are:
3. Go right from the start, staying near the building that's on your right as you travel down the street (but ideally above street level, as you should remain gliding). Before you get to the large building that serves as a blockade except for a few tunnels, there's a balcony along the right wall. Your glide should still have enough height to land you there smoothly, and you may find piece 3 sticking out. Grab it.
1. From piece 3, jump out of the balcony and to your left, where a raised tunnel with rings goes through the building up ahead. Sometimes, in addition to the rings, you'll find piece 1 there as well. Drop down a bit and run through the tunnel. You need to get this in one try after the successful piece 3, or else you restart at street level and have to spend time climbing back up.
2. Restart after grabbing piece 1, and you'll be moved closer to where you want to be for 2. Specifically, you'll start on the rooftop that's above and to the left of where you would emerge from the tunnel. There's no shortage of piece 2 locations in relative proximity to this point, but ideally you want the one that's fastest to reach. Jump up a level, track down the spikeball enemy, and roll into it. If it has the piece, then congratulations, you're done. Otherwise, you're playing an unoptimized layout.
