When Harvey's stream of PRs slow to a trickle and then dried up completely later in 2003, he grew increasingly frustrated with his lack of success.  Eventually this frustration boiled over in a decision to drive across town and throw his Goldeneye cartridge into a lake.  Harv's goal, as he explained in a lengthy topic detailing what the proud new event, was to overcome his obsession for the game and also solve the social problems it had caused in his life.
