For the gold test, you should use the general tip twice: once at the beginning (as for bronze and silver tests) to explode the mid target and the left target in the front, then you should explode 2 other targets as normal, then you use again the general tip (considering that the following target takes a little more time to come you can use this time to hold back the knife for 1 second) and you explode the left target then the mid target both in the front, and then you "save" your trial by exploding both the last targets which are not far aiming, so not too hard, but you can win time by exploding those targets when they are moving but it is hard to do.
