Thomas is better known in the community for his forum contributions and much-knowingness in various sciency topics. He is also an avid proponent of gambling, as evidenced by his spearheading the World Cup Pool on the forums, in which members predict the winner and score in the matches in Germany 2006, thereby putting their dignity on the line. As many of the winners failed to win, heroes were made and many egos were shot. But in the end, football was the real winner. And kart. And maybe Thomas.

Thomas is better known in the community for his forum contributions, mostly at the MKDD-board but at General Discussion also. His posts range from serious remarks, in scientific topics for instance, to jokes, which are occasionally actually funny. One of his best known contributions was the World Cup Pool, where the participants could win points by accurately predicting the outcome of the matches.
